We hit the road!!!

What has happened…. Robert and Steffi quit their jobs. Steffi moved to Virginia to help with the preparations.

In December Steffi and Robert got on a 5 week trip to the Dominican Republic. That was very relaxing and we call it the “LaLa Land”.

In February we did all the last preparations to get ready. We don’t want to bother you with all the things which happened in the meantime and delayed our departure for a couple of days… 3 weeks deep winter weather in Hampton, moving out of the house, Banks, Insurances, getting a solar system which was damaged and all the other devices that are necessary for the trip… now the stress is over and we hit the road on 3^rd of March at 10PM….. kind of.. first stop over was at Mac’s house for a last farewell drinks…  Today we made it down to Lumperton, NC…. Robert lived close to here 25 years ago as a senior in high school in Clarkton. Tomorrow we will investigate his past…. Maybe we will meet his High school sweetheart?!
